Medically Supported Detox
Addiction is a disease, not a personality flaw. We offer medications to help ease you through this phase of treatment, because we don't believe you should suffer needlessly if prescriptions are available that can help.
Research has shown that using medications during detox increases success rates. We provide Suboxone, Subutex and Vivitrol options for opioid detox, in addition to a number of other therapies designed to bolster effectiveness and improve success in recovery. A variety of other medications may also be used to decrease the discomfort of withdrawal symptoms.
Once you’ve completed detox, it’s an easy transition through our full continuum of care to residential treatment next door at Forward Recovery. There you’ll enter the next stage of your recovery, learning new ways of thinking and behaving and building your recovery skills.
At Valley Detox Center, our chefs prepare three delicious and nutritious meals each day. We know how integral a healthy and consistent diet is when recovering from addiction.
But we also know that cultivating a sense of self-worth is an essential part of the rehabilitation process. That's why we provide free haircuts, manicures, pedicures and even free cigarettes if you want them.
Our expert clinicians offer treatment for all substance addictions.
